Nemertes PilotHouse Awards recognize “movers and shakers” among enterprise IT leaders in areas including Advanced Communication Services, Sustainable Data Center, Unified Communications/VoIP, and overall IT management. Nemertes based the awards on a multi-faceted matrix, called the Nemertes Service Sophistication Scorecard, which designates point values to company data relevant to each award area.
